As some of you may have seen in the news recently, there are some significant delays in the Australia Post network due to COVID-19 and this is affecting delivery times for packages.
As we use Australia Post as our delivery partner, your delivery may experience some delays in arriving. Most issues seem to relate to packages traveling through delivery centers in Victoria. Unfortunately, it seems regardless of the final destination of your delivery, it can bounce between some of those distribution centers that are affected, even if they are in another state.
Confirmation emails you receive will include tracking links where you will be able to see the status of your delivery.
Express Post deliveries are arriving as normal, and we recommend selecting this option to avoid delivery delays.
